The City of Akron’s Lock 3, a downtown beacon of fun and entertainment, is thrilled to announce the beginning of its 2021 spring and summer season on the iconic Cleveland Clinic Akron General Stage. Filled with evening concerts, festivals, and more than 40 community events, Lock 3’s summer schedule was crafted to bring back safe community entertainment, following all directives currently in place to provide top-notch experiences or the entire family.
Lock 3 has been in communication with Summit County Public Health regarding current health orders, recommendations, and directives, and all events will be in line with that guidance. Currently, attendance will be limited, masks will be mandatory when not eating or drinking or able to socially distance, individuals will be asked to not gather in groups larger than 10 and to stay at least 6 feet from other groups. Additionally, anyone planning on attending an event at Lock 3 is asked to perform a self-health assessment and stay home if you have a fever, cough or other COVID-19 symptoms.
